Welcome to the Elk Run Heights Community Room
Our community room was entirely updated in 2024. This includes new appliances, flooring, tables, and chairs. The space comfortably accommodates around 50 guests. Rentals require a $50.00 refundable cleaning deposit along with a rental fee of $75.00 for residents and $125.00 for non-residents. The rentals are for the 24-hour period of the date rented.
